Massage Therapy in Liberty Lake, WA

Licensed massage in Liberty Lake, with evening hours four days a week and Saturday mornings. Book a 60-minute session, tell your therapist what’s bothering you, and the work is built around that.

Massage at Heaps of Relief

Every session here starts the same way: a short conversation about what brought you in and what you want out of the hour. Nothing is a fixed routine. The style of work, firm and focused, broad and steady, or something in between, gets chosen after that conversation, not before it.

That means you don’t have to know the right name for what you need when you book. Plenty of people arrive knowing only that their shoulder has been bad for a month. Booking a 60-minute session and describing the problem on arrival is enough.

The kinds of work available

Deep Tissue

Slower, firmer pressure into a specific area that has been tight or guarded for a while.

Therapeutic

Goal-driven work built around one complaint, using whatever pressure the problem calls for.

Relaxation

Full-body, lighter and steadier, for stress and sleep rather than a specific injury.

Cupping Therapy

Suction cups used within a massage session to lift and decompress tissue.

CBD Massage

A topical CBD product used in place of standard massage oil.

Rapid Tension Release

Direct pressure paired with movement, used when one stubborn spot needs attention.

Booking, hours and what a session involves

Sessions are 60 minutes. Book online or call (509) 639-1052. You’ll fill out a short intake the first time, talk through what you want worked on, and then have the room to yourself to get comfortable on the table. You undress only to the level you’re comfortable with and stay draped for the whole session.

Open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Evening and weekend appointments book up first.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know which kind of massage I want?

No. Book a 60-minute session and describe the problem when you arrive. Choosing the approach is your therapist’s job.

Do I need a referral to book a massage?

No. You can book directly. A referral only becomes relevant if you’re trying to bill a third party like an auto claim or a workers’ comp claim.

How far ahead should I book?

Evening and Saturday slots go first. If you want a specific time, a week ahead is safer than a day ahead.

Do I have to undress completely?

No. You undress to your own comfort level and remain draped throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.

How often should I come in?

It depends on what you’re dealing with. Something acute may want a few closer-together sessions; general maintenance is usually every three to four weeks.

Can I book a massage without being a chiropractic patient?

Yes. Massage is booked on its own and you never need to see anyone else here to have one.
